Users
For services with unique user identification, all information possible is recorded against the user (msisdn, device, network operator). Return visits from the same user are recorded against the same user record ensuring accurate reporting of unique users.
Sessions
Each visit is managed within a user session against which all activity is recorded.
Page Impressions
Every page request is recorded against the user and session including the referral site and search words, network operator and response time.
Content Downloads
Every content download is recorded against the user and session along with purchase and advertising campaign information where appropriate.
User Interactions
User submissions of data capture forms, content ratings and send to a friend requests are recorded against the user and session, allowing analysis of user habits within your sites.
